I ordered a book, how do I track my order?

Delivery tracking number is automatically sent to your email address within 3 days after your order. If you cant find the tracking number after 3 days, please check your spam folder.

I ordered a book, how long it takes to be delivered?

Delivery may take 3 days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 15 business days, depending on how fast the customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas the process can take longer then usual. If you did not receive your book after 30 days, please fill-in our contact form.

I received the book but I did not like it? How can get my money back?

If you don’t have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don’t like it, no hard feelings we’ll make it right.

I received damaged book. How can I return / replace it?

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before the decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at support@pearkid.com

What happens in the event of missing samples?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@pearkid.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

In the event that the sample you’ve received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the sample for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.

In the event that you’ve received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent sample and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we’ll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods.
